朝は雨が降っていましたが、掘りたい念が通じたのか10時くらいから雨が止みました。

遺跡は砂丘の上なので、水もすぐ吸い込まれます。
雨さえ止めばすぐ掘れるのです。
Because site is the tops of the dune, the rainwater is breathed in immediately.
ふるいで土を落とすと大量の魚骨が残ります。
その中に土器や石器がないか探しています。
We check whether there is not oversight by a sieve.
